Under the neon lights of the modern city, a mysterious old house called "The House of Laughter" has attracted many supernatural rumors. In order to investigate an unsolved case, Li Damu was forced to team up with supernatural podcast host Lin Ziyou, police consultant Wei Xiaohu, and their strange pet squirrel Bao Bao to get involved in a series of confusing and supernatural events full of black humor. As the layers of the mystery progressed, the trio (plus a squirrel) gradually uncovered the horrifying truth hidden under the surface of the city. They also discovered that the BOSS behind everything had actually set many traps. In the end, they must complete self-salvation and jointly defeat the evil forces in humor and horror, truth and lies.
