Alternate history, passion, group portraits, farming, frontier,
The northern border is the northernmost place of exile in Da Qi. Chu Tianming was framed and exiled here, facing the collapsed city gate, 300 remaining soldiers and a group of abandoned people fighting each other. No one believed he could hold on. But he conquered everyone with a bowl of broth - built city walls, farmed the land, established rules, and turned a desperate situation into a home.
In six years, the grassland people invaded three times, and the imperial court encircled and suppressed them twice. Zhang Heng died in battle, Awang died in battle, and Agu Lao died, but the northern border remained. Lao Getou planted flowers every year, and Gu Changan burned the account books he had kept for six years. Chu Tianming did not claim to be king, he just stood on the city wall, guarding the snow in the north.
The knife is still there. People are still there. The North is still there.
