Doomsday Rules: I Can See Rule 7
The apocalypse is not about zombies, nuclear war, or natural disasters—it is about the intrusion of rules into reality itself.
Every once in a while, "regular areas" (referred to as "domains") will be randomly generated in the city. People who enter the domain will have a set of rules appear on their phones/in front of their eyes. Those who obey live, those who violate it die. The rules are issued by an unidentified "referee", there is no negotiation, and there are no exceptions.
