I Have Lived Seriously in This World

I have lived seriously in this world In this life, I have never walked carelessly, nor have I lived in a perfunctory way. I have gone through the youthful and ignorant years, and the bumpy road of study and internship. In every ordinary day, I have lived my life seriously. I was once filled with yearning and high expectations for the future, wanting to find a bright and open road with my own hands; I was also deeply struggling, confused between choosing and being chosen, wandering between unwillingness and compromise, silently persisting in a position I didn't like, and struggling alone in the days when I couldn't see the direction clearly. I have been timid, I have been wronged, I have been disappointed that no one understands, and I have been unwilling to get what I asked for. But even though the journey was bumpy, I never gave up and moved forward. In the ordinary world of fireworks, I slowly learned to carry things alone, learned to be independent, learned to be strong, and learned to be my own roof when no one was relying on me. There are no earth-shattering stories, no vigorous legends, only the reality of one step at a time. I have cried, laughed, expected, lost, persisted, and grown. Looking back at where I came from, I can honestly say: I have lived my life seriously in this world!
