No Consort on the Imperial Throne: I Build a Golden Age with an Iron Fist

During the Chengping era, Seventh Princess Xie Mingli was born in the cold palace of the Ye Ting, where her mother died young and her imperial father ignored her. She struggled to survive in the cracks of the inner palace, entering the emperor's attention with one astonishing remark. Tempered by a political marriage to the northern frontier and bloodshed in the succession struggle, she ultimately took up a bloodstained imperial edict amid her father's schemes and expectations, becoming the founding emperor of the Great Liang dynasty and its first woman on the throne. After ascending the throne, she introduced the women's imperial examination, weakened the powerful clans, and developed the frontier. Amid denunciations from the court and people that a woman was usurping a man's role, she used an iron hand to forge a flourishing age of her own.
