This is a year I experienced firsthand.
There is no script, no interpretation, everything really happened to me.
I wrote it down not to gain sympathy or to make excuses, but just to record the whole process of me falling into the abyss, struggling, collapsing, and finally having no way out.
I hope someone sees this and can avoid the hell I've walked on.
