In the eternal night cyber city, an IQ ceiling calibrator who is so low-key as to be in the dust falls in love with and kills the black-dressed God of Death. In the puzzle of memory, memes and consciousness, they tear apart the ultimate lie of human civilization. In 2197, the polar glaciers completely melted, and all the coastal cities in the old world sank under the Pacific Ocean. The surviving humans built this vertically layered super city - Xin Cangming - on the ruins of the original Yangtze River Delta sunken area, a cyberpunk cage wrapped in high technology but rotten to the core. The city is divided into four levels from top to bottom. Each level has its own rules, strange ecology, and ulterior secrets.
