The Divine Emperor of Great Xia

Across the vast land of Jiuzhou, spiritual qi surges like a tide. Countless races coexist, while demons and fiends, heroes and spiritual adepts all move upon this boundless earth. The powerful can soar through the sky, shatter mountains and rivers with a thought, shake the heavens with a shout, and turn clouds into rain with a wave of their hands. Since the ancient war between gods and demons, the laws of heaven and earth have been shattered, and the Great Dao left incomplete. Countless ancient ruins lie buried deep in dragon veins or drift through the currents of the void, sealing away secrets and powers from ages past. At court, powerful ministers form cliques for personal gain, while eunuchs control the inner palace and imperial authority slips away amid mounting undercurrents. Beyond the borders, the demon races of the northern wilderness stir restlessly, remnants of the demonic sects in the west secretly rise again, sea folk in the south eye the coastline, and foreign powers in the east watch with predatory intent. Though Great Xia commands a million-strong army and its four frontier forces guard every direction, it faces political machinations within and powerful enemies without. The state is like a tottering tower, buffeted by storms, waiting only for a thunderclap to split the oppressive darkness.

He appears gentle as jade, his body frail and sickly, yet within him lie three supreme arts:
