I have been dead for three years and have been lying on the ceiling of my rental house watching the human world.
The new tenant is a thin programmer who memorizes the rules before entering the house. The fourth article I wrote: If you see something on the ceiling, pretend you don't see it.
He looked up and I waved. He didn't respond.
That night a new ghost came to set the rules and told me to get out.
I said I am the owner of this house.
He smiled: "Are you a good-for-nothing who has been lying down for three years?"
Three minutes later he was gone.
The next day the delivery man came to the door: "It's time to confirm receipt of the hot and sour noodles you ordered three years ago."
She left a note: It will be delivered in seven days, please sign for it.
Only seven days later did I know that the real owner of this house was not me.
It's waiting for me down there.
