After graduating from college, I worked in a remote town for two years and entered the county government office with the first place in the competition. On the first day of employment, the county magistrate threw the manuscript in my face: "I'm not even as good as a primary school student!"
In the past fifteen years, I have encountered six major dead ends: workplace exclusion, material difficulties, meeting mistakes, departmental shirking, anonymous reporting, and interest temptations.
We have worked together with six county magistrates with different styles, who are strict and strong, prudent and pragmatic, rigorous in literary thinking, aggressive in reform, friendly to the people, and pioneering.
I don't take sides, don't make camp, don't build relationships, and don't play tricks.

The sixth term as county magistrate has brought me six major opportunities: ability training, recognition of responsibilities, refinement of writing skills, overall planning experience, mass perspective, and overall vision.
From being looked down upon by others at the grassroots level in towns and villages, to being the most trustworthy government office director in the county;
From being scolded and crying when writing a manuscript, to becoming a god with the pen.
There is no cheating, no cheating, just hard work and counterattack.

After fifteen years of drinking through all the wind and frost, keeping a steadfast heart, I finally became the backbone of the government!
