Taking the earliest geographical context in China, "Guiding Qi and Qi, as far as Jingshan Mountain, and crossing the river" recorded in "Shangshu Yugong" as the narrative stage, it tells the story of the legendary journey of a Ming Dynasty geographical map official who was ordered to revisit the mountains and rivers of Yugong and draw the "Map of Nine Provinces". The story combines historical research with literary imagination. Through the protagonist's footprints, it connects iconic mountain and river passes such as the Qinling Mountains, the Yellow River, and the Taihang Mountains, and shows the code of civilization and the brilliance of human nature behind geographical changes.
