Twin Xuan: Peace in the Dust

Black Water and Wind Master

By Xu Li OAO

He Xuan finally avenges his blood feud, but is left tormented by inner demons.

He lets the Wind Master, who has lost everything, go, and lets go of the self trapped in hatred as well.

He conceals his identity and quietly stays by the Wind Master’s side, hoping to give him a peaceful life as an ordinary man.

“I know it’s you, He Xuan.”

With those words, a lifetime of entanglement finally comes to an end.

They leave the past behind and ask nothing of the immortal path. From now on, they will stay together in the human world, their love as steady as a slow-flowing stream.
