Chen Mo, a food delivery rider, accidentally sees a flash of light and unlocks the ability to transform into Ultraman. Monsters begin attacking cities one after another, and he transforms into an Ultraman to defeat them. He discovers that his powers grow stronger: all he has to do is keep fighting monsters.
