The Destiny of the World: a Record of Good Deeds in Ten Lifetimes

The protagonist Shen Jinghan (who did many evil things in his previous life, including slaughtering villages, exterminating families, treachery, killing teachers and forcing his wife), after his death, his soul was judged by the underworld to be guilty of serious sins and unable to reincarnate. To be inspired by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, one needs to go through ten reincarnations. In each life, one performs good deeds and accumulates virtues in a different capacity, repaying the debts of previous lives until all injustices are resolved.
