Liu Bang and Liu Bei, four hundred years apart, are they really the same family? Wang Mang has already performed the drama about Emperor Xian of Han being forced to abdicate by Cao Pi. Do you believe it or not?
This book connects "The Romance of the Eastern and Western Han Dynasties" and "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms", allowing the story of three generations of ancestors to be played out from beginning to end. Starting from the year when Qin Shihuang died, Liu Bang was still a prowler on the street and chopped down the white snake blocking the way. Who would have thought that this kid would become the emperor in the future? Immediately afterwards, Chu and Han fought with each other, Lv Zhi transformed Mrs. Qi into a "human pig", Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty chased the Xiongnu across the grassland, and Wang Mang stepped in and usurped the throne. The end of the Eastern Han Dynasty was even more lively. Dong Zhuo came to Beijing and set fire to the capital, Cao Cao and Yuan Shao drank too much, and Liu Bei was still selling straw sandals. The old acquaintances of the Three Kingdoms all emerged from this mess.
Don't worry, all the others will be cut down. Zhang Liang is as elegant as a storyteller in a teahouse, and Fan Kuai is as rough as a chopper in a vegetable market. Fighting is like a "click" of a knife, a "bang" of a sword, and thousands of troops and horses clattering into a ball. Those sour words were all replaced by warm vernacular.
Open this book and let's read it from the beginning. During this time travel, I guarantee you will smile and understand all the excitement of these hundreds of years.
Reader comments
There are many books about history, but this one is not tiring to read. There are no long paragraphs of truth, but the people and things of the Han Dynasty are explained clearly in plain language. Like neighbors chatting, they talked through the joys, sorrows, sorrows and joys of Liu Bang, Xiang Yu and Liu Xiu. I was hooked as I read it, and it's a good book to open and read two chapters at a time.
Respecting history, the plot is clear, and it's really well told. I like it very much!
