After transmigrating to a fantasy world, Lin Feng inherits a rundown sect burdened with a debt of ninety million spirit stones. Now a top sect is demanding repayment, threatening to tear down his mountain gate if he doesn’t pay up!
Just as all hope seems lost, Lin Feng activates the Merit Sect System.
“Want to get stronger? No need to spend money. Just watch ads!”
[Pig Farm], unlocked by watching ads. The pigs raised by the disciples can knock a Demon Emperor off his feet!
[Enlightenment Tea Garden], unlocked by watching ads. One sip of the tea grown by the disciples brings instant enlightenment!
[Sea Fishing Grounds], unlocked by watching ads. The fish caught by the disciples can be refined into divine pills!
From then on, the world of cultivation goes completely off the rails.
When a rival prodigy comes flying in on his sword, the sect’s eldest disciple silently pulls out the boning knife he just used to slaughter a pig.
When an alchemy master shows off his pills, the sect’s youngest disciple serves up a nourishing tonic soup made with fish broth.
When the lord of a sacred land demands to know why Lin Feng is so powerful, Lin Feng points to his disciples lined up to watch ads and says with complete sincerity, “What can I do? They’re just so enthusiastic about watching ads!”
