Spirit Fusion: Fighting Evolution

[One heroine] [Plot-driven] [No System] [Monster fusion]

Reggie considered himself lucky. Not everyone gets drunk, falls into the sea, and washes up in the Pokemon world.

He was ready to use his extensive Pokemon knowledge to conquer the League and take down the Champion, but then he discovered that this Pokemon world wasn't quite what he'd imagined.

"Wait, what do you mean we fuse and become one with our Pokemon? I have to fight too?"

"Of course! How can a Trainer get stronger without working out? How can you win if you don't fight yourself? You can't rely on your Pokemon forever!"

"..."

Just then, Reggie glanced at the Wimpod by his feet and suddenly had a daring idea.

Bug-type Pokémon + fusion = Kamen Rider?

Swampert + fusion = Red King?

Duraludon + fusion = King Joe?

Reggie: "Amazing! I'm beginning to understand everything. This is what real fusion is!"

Everyone else: "What the hell? Why are you the only one who turns into something so weird?"

Reggie: "Then can Pokemon fuse with other Pokemon? Fusion Riser, activate!"

"Get lost!"
