The Blood of Youth: When the Wind Rises Again

It’s still the same old martial world, but a new storyteller has taken up the wooden clapper.

Twenty years ago, Xiao Se, Wuxin, and Lei Wujie’s generation of young heroes set out from Tianqi City, traversed three thousand miles of rivers and mountains, and wrote a legend celebrated throughout the martial world. Now, twenty years later, their children have grown up.

Xiao Zhang, son of Xiao Se and Sikong Qianluo, is a free spirit who hates being told, “You’re not as good as your father.”

Ji Yunzheng, the disciple adopted by Wuxin, is cool and aloof, and possesses a strange martial art that even he can’t control.

Lei Zhiying, daughter of Lei Wujie and Ye Ruoyi, has a pure sword heart and is the brightest of the three.

They could have lived in the glory of their parents and enjoyed peaceful lives.

But the martial world waits for no one.

A mysterious organization called the Heaven-Mending Society quietly emerges, proclaiming that it will “set things right and restore order.” It preaches the “original sin of bloodlines” and targets the young heroes who once brought peace to the land. Now their descendants have become the new targets.

The ginkgo trees of Tianqi City turn golden and green again, while the wine of Snow Moon City gives off its fragrance time and again. Three young heroes are swept into a whirlpool their parents once faced, but this time, they cannot simply be “so-and-so’s children.”

They must forge their own paths.

This is a story about legacy and surpassing those who came before. True inheritance isn’t about copying the previous generation’s path, but about the next generation finding its own way.

The wind has never stopped blowing. It has only changed direction.
