Gray Mist Devours the World

My name is Lin Mo.

The day the Heavenly Ladder appeared, I didn't make the rankings.

They called me a loser.

Later, the geniuses whose names were on the rankings started losing control, going mad, and rotting from within

At last, they realized that the Heavenly Ladder everyone was scrambling to climb was fake.

The crystal cores everyone was chasing were poison.

And the wasteland beneath my feet was the true path.

While everyone else went mad fighting over crystal cores, I picked up trash in the wasteland and became a god.
