Those who survive are not the luckiest, nor the strongest. They just open their eyes every morning and choose to try another day. With despair and sorrow as the background, survival and struggle as the skeleton, reconstruction and hope as the undercurrent, we build an apocalyptic world where breathing requires a price and human nature is tempered repeatedly. The protagonist kills decisively, sticks to the bottom line, abandons meaningless kindness, and takes "kill the Virgin first in the last days" as the iron rule of survival. In a world of slow death, he does everything to stay alive.
