Hidden at the end of a demolition alley in the old city is a "junk shop" that only collects discarded items and doesn't take any money.
The boss is a middle-aged man with slightly white sideburns and a taciturn nature. He collects old items with only one request: "Why throw it away?"
Every abandoned old thing is haunted by the owner's unspoken obsessions, selfish desires, cowardice and hypocrisy. After nightfall, old objects will appear in the shop, reenacting the absurd tragedy of their owners - the supernatural is the embodiment of obsession, and the ending is the irony of human nature.
Each chapter is an old object and an independent story, unrelated and non-repeating, all about the daily alienation of ordinary people.
