The 1950s: I'm the Youngest Daughter of a Capitalist

As a descendant of a wealthy capitalist family in the 1950s, Su Xixi should, by the usual plotline, have faced a miserable life just a few years later.

But Su Xixi can tell you firsthand: that simply didn’t happen.

When he sensed the changing political climate, Su Mingyuan, the head of the Su family and Su Xixi’s grandfather, acted decisively. After liquidating some of the family’s assets, he took the whole family to Hong Kong.

Once they had established themselves in Hong Kong, he led the Su family in founding a new business empire with operations around the world.

As the little miss of the Su family and a third-generation rich kid, Su Xixi says she has never known hardship or poverty, not even from the day she was born.

The heroine’s greatest golden finger is her wise, far-sighted grandfather and parents.
