[Lei Peng] May Every Month Bring You Peace

Tian Yuning and Zheng Yueyue both leave the bustling metropolis of Shanghai and return to the coastal city of Xiamen to start businesses. They unexpectedly meet as they pursue their dreams. From their first encounter to sharing more and more of their lives, their feelings quietly take root through day-to-day companionship. They face the pressures of reality and tests of their relationship, yet never let go of each other’s hands.

They navigate the close-knit social circles of southern Fujian and work side by side to build their careers. They are not only soulmates, but each other’s most dependable allies. Taking things one step at a time, they support each other, shed their defenses, and speak honestly about their feelings. In the end, they choose each other, turning the long years ahead into a gentle life flowing at an unhurried pace.

For all the years to come, may you have peace every year, and may your heart be at ease month after month.
