In the year 204X, human consciousness can be uploaded to the "Cloud Ranch", and physical death is no longer the end, but the beginning of data immortality. However, the huge memory data flow needs to be maintained, and the "wild data" that is forgotten, deleted, or generates viruses will form a "data wasteland" that devours everything. The social classes are thus divided: at the top are the "eternals" with unlimited storage, and at the bottom are the "night watchers" who are responsible for cleaning up the wasteland and recycling debris.
