In 2147 AD, a meteorite known as "Judgment Day" hit the earth. The impact was not destruction, but the release of an unknown energy field called the "Source of Sin," which pulled survivors around the world into a twisted alien space - the "City of the End." This city is a weird combination of a doomsday wasteland and surreal rules: dilapidated skyscrapers are hung with rules made of neon tubes, abandoned subway stations are wandering with "walking zombies" who follow certain behavioral patterns, and there is always a bloody sun that does not move in the sky.
