The renovation project of the South Street area has been delayed for three years. This old city renovation project was originally a key livelihood project for the county, involving the relocation of more than 500 households and an investment of more than 500 million. Ninety-nine percent of the previous households to be demolished have already signed the agreement, but the last household is left - the "Liu Family House" located in the core area of the project, like a stubborn nail, stuck in the center of the planning drawings.
