One Piece: All I Wanted Back Then Was to Inherit the Blacksmith Shop

[Fruit development, Nami, Robin, the Empress... No joining the crew, no power levels falling apart, strong characterization]

Niuzi arrives in the world of pirates knowing only things like Pirate King Luffy and Mountain Bandit King. He had planned to start a quiet new life and inherit his master's blacksmith shop, but the arrival of Dragon shatters his peaceful existence...

On one voyage, after wiping out a pirate crew, he captures Cat Burglar Nami. Amid their mutual misunderstandings, the two fall into a love-hate relationship.

In Loguetown, he meets the "Little Pirate" Shanks. Both have red hair, and perhaps fate has something in store for them.

He constantly competes with Momousagi; he and Zoro make a red-and-green pairing; he and Sanji love and fight; with Robin, the sky is the limit; and with Garp, he is both student and friend...

Paramount War: "Friend, could you show me a little respect?"

Ace: "Niuzi, hurry and take Luffy away."

Niuzi: "Friend, Luffy is naive. Do you think I'd do something stupid?"

Ace: "I want to live!"

Another fellow countryman: "That's the sister-in-law's line!"

There is passionate excitement, an absurd story, people getting jealous and others worrying, and people fretting amid the love triangle...

The adventures of a genius in the New World change one fate after another and weave tale after tale of genuine feeling.

An accidental taste of a Devil Fruit, world-crossing, top-tier development, a freakishly talented body, and a legendary tale of heroes...
