Zhou Ye’s Table Tennis Era

In his previous life, Zhou Ye played table tennis for twenty years. His best result was third place in the team event at the National Games.

He died at thirty.

When he opened his eyes again, it was 1993. He was twelve, playing on a concrete table with a ready-made paddle that cost just over ten yuan.

Lin Fei, the school team’s star player, challenged him to a match. Zhou Ye won.

When a provincial team coach came looking for promising players, Zhou Ye made the cut.

Everyone called him a genius.

Only Zhou Ye knew the truth: there was no genius, just a veteran with twenty years of memories, training all over again.

He wanted to play every ball well.

He wanted to find everyone he had lost touch with in his previous life.

And this time, he wanted to play a different kind of game.
