In Qingxi Village in Nanzhan Buzhou, Su Qingxuan, a young man whose parents both died, is unwilling to be ordinary and has dreams of fairyland. By chance, he rescued a spirit fox, Xueling, in a deep mountain valley, and thus met Ling Qingyue, the heroine of the Qinglan Sect who had gone down the mountain to experience. Because of his excellent bones and pure nature, Su Qingxuan was accepted as a disciple, and he took Xue Ling with him to worship under the Qinglan Sect. From then on, he embarked on the path of cultivating immortality that defied nature and changed his destiny.
