A Letter to All My Dear Readers:
March 8, 2026
Hello, dear readers.
First of all, I want to apologize to everyone who clicked on this book and read it. This book ends here.
As a newcomer writing web fiction for the first time, I had imagined a vast cosmic fantasy setting, but when I sat down to write, I realized I couldn't do it justice. I wrote 120,000 words for the first volume, and after finishing it, I reread it again and again, yet still felt it fell short of what I wanted.
Many details failed to live up to my expectations. After much thought, I've decided to stop here rather than let rough writing disappoint everyone who gave it a chance.
But I've never thought of giving up on the story of this fantastical cosmic sea. The secrets of the laws hidden in the depths of the universe, the conflicts between civilizations spanning thousands of years, and the unknown realms beyond the stars are all stories I've long wanted to tell you.
So next, I'll begin writing a new work set in the same world. I'll refine the heart of the story and plan to start updating it before the end of March. I'm already in the process of drafting and polishing it.
This time, I'll take my time and carefully craft a mysterious, wondrous cosmic fantasy for you to explore.
Writing has always been a lonely act of courage. I know this book has had few readers, and perhaps not many people will see this letter, but I still wanted to explain myself to those who happened to stop by and were a little curious about the story.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding, and I sincerely ask you to give me another chance. At the end of March, I hope to meet you all again in a new story among the stars.
With sincere regards.
