My name is Chang Le, and I’m the top deliveryman in the Demon Capital. I specialize in strange late-night orders, right up until the day I splashed spicy hot pot into a vengeful spirit’s mouth and drew the God-Slaying Blade my father left behind.
By day, I deliver food. By night, I slay evil spirits. Devouring them makes me stronger, and every delivery is a form of cultivation. I thought I could quietly save up to pay for my little sister’s treatment, but then the Soul-Calming Bureau came knocking. “Hey, man, how about joining us full-time?”
I turned them down without hesitation. “Part-time work is much more freeing, and I can still deliver food.”
That was until they made an offer: “We can cure your sister.”
“Deal! But I have one rule, ”
With one slash, I scattered a hundred ghosts roaming the night. I swung the blade over my shoulder and glanced back. “Late food deliveries get bad reviews. Sending evil spirits on their way? Free of charge.”
“When the fastest deliveryman picks up the God-Slaying Blade, every order he delivers becomes a death warrant for evil spirits.”
“This blade comes with express delivery!”
Good looking, highly recommended
Chaos.
How can I say it feels like pig's feet! If you don't take the initiative to learn, you will always be passive! It was obviously very critical, and both he and his sister were being targeted, but the pig's feet didn't feel like there was any sense of crisis! From the beginning, I never believed in how to become stronger and solve problems, nor did I take the initiative to understand the other side of the world. As for making money, I didn't seem so urgent!
A very nice book
