Most of what is recorded in this book comes from various sharing on the Internet. It also collects folk rumors, oral accounts of personal experiences and old news fragments. It has been compiled, adapted and polished by me. It is not fabricated out of thin air.
Strange shadows in the mountains, secrets in the wilderness, traces of life and death, each is an independent short ghost story. There is no complicated logic, no deliberate elaboration, and I only want to share the suspense and horror hidden in the fine words.
Some things can be ignored once heard; some truths hidden in stories have been buried deeply by time and people's hearts, and they will never be mentioned again in a lifetime.
