1. Story background
Chengdu in 2026 is an era where "algorithms define aesthetics".
Under the precise calculation of big data and AI models (such as DeepSeek-Heritage), Chengdu has been packaged into a perfect "prefabricated ancient style" city. Assembly-line production of Shu embroidery, templated Hanfu, and AI-generated sacrificial dances fill Taikoo Li and Jinli. People were accustomed to this soulless "human-machine" aesthetic until that unexpected archaeological live broadcast.
2. Core plot
Lu Yao, a "non-chief" manager who struggled to run an independent clothing brand in Taikoo Li, Chengdu, accidentally "picked up" a living body of ancient Shu at the excavation site of Jinsha Site - Changli, the great commander of ancient Shu three thousand years ago.
Changli arrived in Chengdu in the cyber era with a matte complexion like raw mineral dye and a "transparency" that can see through everything. Not only does he want to find his lost mana fragments and jade, but he also wants to conduct an "aesthetic reconciliation" across time and space in this false and fast-paced modern business world.
When the top consortium represented by Manager Zhao tried to use AI algorithms to define "ancestors" and use digital models to harvest "emotional value", Changli used an absolute, charged "sense of living people" to reduce the dimensionality of these industrial wastes.
