Hidden deep in the mountains of Sichuan and Yunnan is the "Santa Maria Rehabilitation Center", which treats mental patients on the surface, but the bloody secret of 1953 is sealed underground: the director, Elizabeth Hawke, was seized for illegal human experimentation and 72 patients were sealed in the morgue. The resentment of the dead condenses into "eternal night" - the intruder will be reset at 12 o'clock at midnight every day, repeating the 24 hours before death.
