The play focuses on strengthening the protection of cultural relics and is based on real cultural protection cases. It tells the story of two generations, Fang Kun, a graduate student in the Department of Archeology at Qinchuan University, and his tutor Zan Maochang, who archaeologically and protected cultural relics over a period of twenty years.
