This book is like a mudslide of time-travel literature - Lin Wanwan, a female doctor of medicine, died suddenly and time-traveled into the meanest outcast in the orc era. She wanted to just survive and pursue a career, but she accidentally tamed the top man of the three tribes with a scalpel!
