One Sword, an Eternal Path

Yu Jianxin, a young man from Yujia Village, has innate immortal energy hidden within him, but he has kept his abilities concealed since childhood, and no one knows the truth. To give his younger sister a secure future, he spends everything his family has and enters the ruthless Earthfire Sect.

During the sect trials, fierce beasts lurk all around. More than two hundred people compete for just twenty places, with death almost certain. With no connections or backing, and relying on no chance encounters, he has only his determination to protect his sister and an ordinary iron sword. Step by step, he forges a sword path of his own.

From a village child to an outer sect disciple; from an unknown nobody to a rising talent. The road to immortality is long, and formidable foes abound. He holds fast to one simple resolve: protect his loved ones, hone his blade, and one day point his sword at the heavens and shatter the clouds.
