Xingye Guang has two secrets: first, there's another person living inside his body; second, he wants to play anime-style tennis in real life.

As a new student at Rikkai University, his primary personality is a socially awkward chuunibyou obsessed with “data-art tennis,” striving to make every shot as dazzling as a scene from an anime. Then, during a practice match, Akaya Kirihara's red-eyed mode corners him with no way out

“Useless. You can't even protect yourself.”

His secondary personality, “Shadow,” suddenly takes over and plays a completely different style of tennis: “absolute efficiency.” With brute force, he tears through his opponent's defenses.
