Kirk Slays the Big One, and the Big One Carves a Legend!

(This was written purely for the memes. The author has abandoned all reason.)

The author has added their own worldbuilding, and the story will have the feel of a classic hot-blooded shonen manga.

Meme characters will appear. Here’s the blurb:

The snow falls over Kyoto during the Keicho era.

A strange child who was born without crying and held a blade at the age of two makes a vow to the dead amid mountains of corpses and rivers of blood: to slay the Great Hannya.

The Great Hannya is neither demon nor god, but the embodiment of a high monk’s obsession from a thousand years ago. Blue-faced and fanged, eight feet tall, it carries a tin staff forged from the souls of the wronged and wanders through the darkest nights, when people’s hearts are most vulnerable. It covets no riches and thirsts for no blood. It asks only one question: “Is there a demon in your heart?” Then it sends anyone who answers incorrectly to “salvation.” People fear it like a plague, while monks and Daoists shun it like a demon from hell. Only the infant boy surnamed Kirk, after witnessing the anguished cries of a mother who had lost her child, raised his first blade against the most evil being in the world with his tiny hands.
