Rule Horror: Making Choices in the Haunted Realm

I found a black invitation, and then… I died?

No, I came back to life, but when I woke up, I was lying in a hospital bed in an abandoned hospital.

Blood-red words seeped across the wall: “Welcome to the Rules Game.”

Everyone had a slip of paper listing the rules:

“Do not enter the ward after midnight.”

“Do not answer when you hear someone calling you.”

“Break the rules three times, and you will be erased on the spot.”
