She figured she might as well make do, but one unexpected event after another pushed her farther and farther from the life she'd imagined.
With friends going missing, zombies evolving, and plants and animals mutating, she had no choice but to hide her identity and enter a human base. She planned to sort things out and then go home to enjoy her retirement, but instead she got tangled up with a bunch of humans, especially one strange man she just couldn't shake off.
