"Beep, beep!"
The phone alarm went off several times, but Chen Jingyan, lying in bed, pretended not to hear it and drifted back to sleep. Another hour passed before she finally picked up her phone and looked at it. "Oh no, so much time has gone by!"
School started tomorrow. Chen Jingyan stared at the pile of unfinished homework on her desk, her head buzzing. She closed her eyes and muttered, "How can they assign so much homework for such a short vacation? This is torture! Could Heaven send someone who looks exactly like me to do my homework and go to school for me?!"
When she opened her eyes again, there was suddenly another person in the room.
Chen Jingyan was so startled that she fell out of bed. Trembling, she pointed at the person before her. "You... who are you? Why do you look exactly like me?"
The other "Chen Jingyan" smiled. "Can you stop joking? Didn't you ask me to come?"
Chen Jingyan, still on the floor, suddenly burst out laughing. "Heaven has answered my prayers! Hurry, hurry, there's lots more homework over there! Finish it for me, and remember to go to school tomorrow. Hahahaha, I'm going back to sleep."
