The Ink Sword Returns to the Dust

The Ink Sword Returns to Dust

Snow falls without a sound; the sword's cry leaves its mark.

A soul from another world awakens in a ruined house in the ancient town of Qingxi.

With an engineer's eyes, he watches the blades flash through the martial world;

with a literati's heart, he writes of the joys and sorrows of a troubled age.

Ink is letters, the sword is martial skill;

dust is the mortal world, the heart is the Way.

When the ink sword returns to dust, he finally understands:

A true hero is found neither at court nor in the martial world, but in every choice to step forward and stand up for others.
