Fishing for Corpses

- Protagonist: Lao Qin, a 58-year-old retired fitter who has been obsessed with wild fishing for 30 years. He has a stubborn personality, keen observation, and is familiar with local waters. Because he lives alone all year round, his sensitivity to details is far beyond ordinary people. - The place where the crime occurred: Qingxia Reservoir, located in a deep mountain canyon on the edge of the city. The reservoir was built in the 1970s and submerged an ancient village. The surrounding terrain is complex, and there is only a dirt road leading to the outside world. Very few people approach it at night. - Core case: While Lao Qin was fishing at night in the reservoir, he caught a headless female body. The identity of the deceased was a mystery. Police investigation found that it was highly related to a disappearance case in the flooded area of the reservoir twenty years ago. Most of the people who knew about it now died mysteriously or disappeared.
