Shen Wenxu, 20, a talented young painter, sweet and timid
Fu Yanshen, 22, the youngest captain in the criminal investigation brigade, stern, taciturn, and quick on his feet. At first, he was exasperated by the timid painter who had suddenly barged into his life, but after protecting him through one scare after another, he made him his one and only favorite.
He investigates the cases, catches the bad guys, and shields him from every scare.
From then on, an unspoken rule took hold in the team:
No one is allowed to be mean to Shen Wenxu, except Captain Fu;
and Captain Fu is only allowed to spoil Shen Wenxu.
A timid, sweet crybaby × a stern, fiercely protective captain of detectives,
Solving cases with a paintbrush and falling in love along the way. You just be scared; I’ll stand up for you.
