As a veteran office worker who had conquered all three servers of Sanguosha, Lin Chen thought he had seen every kind of ridiculous play. That was until he witnessed the legendary moment of the “Emperor Zhang Wu” himself
“Is that really human? My god!”
He spat up a mouthful of blood, suffered a heart attack, and passed out. When he opened his eyes again, he had transmigrated to Douluo Dalu and become an orphan in Holy Soul Village.
Just as he thought he would have to scrape by with Trash Martial Souls like sickles and hoes, the Sanguosha Martial Soul Ruler System suddenly activated!
- Initial unlock: Generals from the Standard Package, including Standard Guan Yu's Martial Saint ability (first Soul Skill not yet unlocked).
- Soul Skill evolution: Each Soul Ring corresponds to a new general's skill, and the Soul Ring's age determines the level of the skill, from its standard version to the peak of the corresponding namesake general.
- Card items: Peach, Wine, Strike, Dodge, Borrowed Sword, Steal from the Enemy... Use Sanguosha's rules to rewrite the course of battle in Douluo Dalu.
While others were fighting tooth and nail over Hundred-Year Soul Rings, Lin Chen had already summoned Standard Guan Yu as his Martial Soul.
From Holy Soul Village to Shrek, from the All-Continent Soul Master Tournament to the war against Spirit Hall, Lin Chen unleashed one general's skill after another, stirring up a storm in Douluo Dalu worthy of the “Kill Emperor.”
“Don't ask me what my Martial Soul is. The answer is simple: all of Sanguosha is my Martial Soul!”
