Relic Restorer: I Can Hear the Lies of the Dead

Do people simply vanish when the light goes out? No. The obsessions left behind by the dead ring louder than thunder. Xu Fei makes a living sorting the belongings of the deceased. The moment he touches an object, he can see the last three minutes of its owner’s life. One day, he gets a job clearing the room of a wealthy heiress who died a horrific death. Everyone believes the girl took her own life because of severe depression. But the instant Xu Fei touches her diary, he sees her smiling as she cuts open her own wrist and says to the empty space behind her, “You’re next...”

An heiress whose death looks like suicide, a construction foreman sealed inside a load-bearing wall, a boy in red who hangs himself...

Xu Fei walks the boundary between life and death. With hands that touch the dead, he exposes the darkest evil in the human world and mends the most shattered souls.

“My name is Xu Fei. The ‘Fei’ in my name means right and wrong. But every case I take, I’ll make sure right and wrong are judged.”
