In the deep mountains of my hometown in Shancheng, there are "mandrills" - neither ghosts nor demons, they are mountain spirits that can enchant people and guide their lives. They love to tease night travelers most, sometimes harming people, sometimes saving people, it all depends on the goodness and evil of people's hearts.

The end of science is sometimes metaphysics
After reading "The Mandrill Leads the Way", my heart felt as if it had been soaked by the mist in the mountains, moist and heavy. Those souls who have been waiting for sixty or seventy years, those who have paid off a lifetime of debts, those who still light candles during the Qingming Festival - they are all asking the same question: What is left after a person dies? The answer is hidden in front of every grave in the book: as long as someone remembers, someone talks about, and someone burns a piece of paper every year, that person will never disappear. Simple, yet powerful.
