My Brother Found Hell Money from the Start, So I Burned Him an Infinite Black Card

The worst decision my buddy Xu Yao ever made was picking up that bright red hundred-yuan bill from the ground when he was desperate for money. It turned out to be hell money, and he was dragged off to become a ghost bridegroom.

I, Yang Bian, cried my eyes out. On the seventh day after Xu Yao's death, I made him a black card with a fake-looking “∞” drawn on it and burned it in front of his grave.

“Buddy, we spent our lives worrying about money. Now that we're over there, let's spend like there's no tomorrow!”

They say that night a ghost wearing a burial shroud maxed out every ATM in the underworld, and the Black and White Impermanence chased him for three whole streets without catching him.

Later, my buddy got himself an official position in the underworld and still remembered to look after me. Life became downright uncanny for me, Yang Bian, too.

A ghost bride, an old man who makes paper figures, a useless ghost that came through the internet, a trip to Thailand, a missing corpse-driving master... I, Yang Bian, ran into every one of these strange things and more.
