Ning Jin, a screenwriting student at a film academy, thought the biggest challenge in life would be writing a brilliant script before graduation. That changed the day a mysterious text message pulled him into a real-life killing game called “Survival Script.” Every “script” is a carefully designed death trap. The participants, known as “actors,” must play assigned roles and complete tasks with almost no chance of survival. Failure means being completely “erased” from the world. When scripts spill into reality and death becomes a retake, Ning Jin is forced to use what he knows about screenwriting to dissect one deadly plot after another, analyzing the motives behind every character, all to stay alive before the director calls “Cut.” But as each script comes to an end, he gradually realizes that the truth behind this game is more terrifying than any horror film he could imagine.
